1. Structure characters
1.1 Intelligent carton rotation: the infeeded carton can be arranged one by one, and finally arranged as per palletizing mode. If the carton needs to rotate 90 º degree, then when the carton enters to the roller conveyor has a function of rotation, the sensor detects the signal then feedback to the PLC, PLC in accordance with the pre-programmed controls solenoid valve action, drive cylinder moves, the cylinder drives the rotating device and make the carton rotate 90 º degree then to carton arrangement area.
1.2 Intelligent carton arrangement: in the carton arrangement area, layer table pushes the arranged single or double row carton to the front carton collecting plate through cooperation between counting sensor and sensor controlled by PLC, the back pusher return back and push cartons again until one complete layer cartons then pushed to the gripper.
1.3 Intelligent palletizing: When the arranged cartons enter into the gripper, they will be clamped tightly by the cylinder, send signal to the robot which will palletize the arranged cartons on the pallet automatically according to the program. After palletizing finished it will send signal to empty and full pallet conveyor and full pallet will be out and empty will be in for palletizing.
1.4 Intelligent pallet conveyor: empty and full pallet conveyor detected by sensor, empty pallets loaded by forklift will be transported to the palletizing station to palletize controlled by PLC. Finished full pallets will be transported to forklift position then discharged by forklift. Sensors are installed on the pallet conveyor, no pallet pallet conveyor stops so that to reduce energy consumption.
1.5Advanced configuration, safe and reliable:Adopts imported SEW motor, FESTO pneumatic control system, SICK photoelectric control and Siemens systems, PLC module integration control to ensure that the equipment operation, low failure, high efficiency configuration with carton monitoring devices, automatic show production yield.
1.6 High quality electrostatic spraying:when designing this machine at the beginning we consider that most of equipments in China are carbon steel painting, the disadvantage is low adsorption forces, easy falling off, easy aging, fading when high temperature, needs re-painting during overhaul after 2-3 years, which costs a lot, but we compare with foreign equipments, treat the machine by electrostatic spraying, cost is about 4-5 times of painting. Machine bright and shinning, high absorption forces, reaching the level of import machine.
